Nathan and Haley throw a birthday party for Jamie. Deb hired a clown, and Haley is not happy with it since it's a creepy one. Lindsey returns to Tree Hill for Jamie's birthday, which gives Lucas hope that the relationship will be rekindled. When Dan arrives, Deb's mood swings fast and in the meantime Brooke and Peyton attend the party with baby Angie.

ONE TREE HILL 513 SNEAK PEEKS - 13.04.08

Here are some new sneak peeks for episode 513 of One Tree Hill,
'Echo Silence Patience & Grace', the first video involves Brooke
in an interview with the adoption service. The second one is a scene with
a fight between Lucas, Nathan & Dan, the third one is a scene with Nathan
& Haley in marriage counselling. With the final scene being between Lucas
& Andy as they discuss lost loves.

ONE TREE HILL SEASON 5 - UK DATE CHANGE - 07.04.08

The premiere date for Season 5 in the UK was originally
said to be on Monday 21st April 2008. But then date has now
been pushed back to air sometime in May. This has been
confirmed by Channel 4 who had this to say,

"Thank you for your email regarding ONE TREE HILL.

The next series of this programme will be broadcast sometime in May on E4.

There are no exact scheduling details just yet as schedules further than 2
weeks ahead are subject to change; please keep an eye on the television
listings closer to the time for precise broadcast information. Our

HILARIE BURTON TALKS ABOUT THE FUTURE OF ONE TREE HILL - 19.03.08

Last night marked the 100th episode of One Tree Hill, which is a huge milestone
for a show that has come close to cancellation a few times in its five season run.
The episode really pulled out all the stops, and included such big events as an
aborted wedding and a Jamie-napping that brought Nathan (James Lafferty) and
Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) closer together. To celebrate the mind-blowing hour,
Kristin at E!Online had the chance to sit down with Hilarie Burton to discuss her
thoughts on the future of the series. Is there any hope for fans of the on-again, off-again
Peyton and Lucas romance when One Tree Hill's fifth season returns in April?

It turns out that even Hilarie Burton has no idea what will happen between Lucas
(Chad Michael Murray) and Peyton when the show returns. "Every time I think
I've got it figured out, [creator] Mark Schwahn goes and just changes everything,"
she admits. "I remember it was the third season when I went to Jake and was like,
'I love you, and I want to be with you.' And I thought, 'This is it!' And the next script
that I get is me saying Lucas' name in my sleep! I don't think I'll ever give up on Lucas
because I never know when he's going to come back to haunt me—and haunt me in
a really beautiful, tender, sensitive way."

Love triangles aren't a completely foreign concept for the actress. Burton admits that
she witnessed a strange one in college that just happened to involve Michaela McManus,
who plays Lindsey on the series. "Michaela McManus and I, we have a weird common background," she says...

ONE TREE HILL MONDAYS - 19.03.08

Now that all of the pre-strike episodes of One Tree Hill, Season 5 have
aired, the show will now be taking a 4 week hiatus before returning for
6 fresh episodes on Monday 14th April 2008.

As of the 14th April, One Tree Hill will now air on Monday nights at
9/8c after a Gossip Girl lead in.

ONE TREE HILL CELEBRATES MILESTONE - 18.03.08

It was supposed to signal the beginning of the end. One hundred was that "magic number" 
industry folk said One Tree Hill needed to it so it could be syndicated successfully. 
That's where the real money is for the studios who produce TV shows, after all.

So when the show seemed in danger of renewal one year, those close to the show said, 
"Well, it will be picked up again. They're so close that 100-episode mark." But such 
comments also implied that once the show hit that milestone, it would clearly be on its way out.

How ironic then that this year, just weeks before that landmark episode airs tonight on The CW,
 One Tree Hill was picked up for yet another season. And it was the earliest renewal notice the
 show ever received.

Still, back in December, during the 100th episode celebration at Wilmington's Cameron Art Museum, 
cast and crew weren't sure what the future held...
